School of Ragnarok location test set for February 27
Four cities and six locations. Plus, watch the latest gameplay.Square Enix will hold a location test for its “online 1-vs-1 tactical 5D action” arcade game School of Ragnarok between February 27 and March 1, and between March 5 and 8, throughout six locations in Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi, and Fukuoka.
“5D,” by the way, refers to how the game completely changes between 2D and 3D views depending on your distance from the enemy.
Game streamers M.S.S. Project and pro gamer Fuudo, as well as the School of Ragnarok development team, will host the opening event on February 27. On the last day of the location test, each store will host a tournament.
Those who participate in the location test will receive a “School of Ragnarok x M.S.S. Project” special button, as well as their name on a list of location test participants (if you use the NESiCA platform).

February 27 to March 1
- Taito Station Akihabara, Tokyo
- Round One Umeda (Osaka)
March 5 to 8
- Sega Ikebukuro GiGO (Tokyo)
- Namco Umeda (Osaka)
- Taito Station Fukuoka Tenjin (Fukuoka)
- Nagoya Leisurelan Sasashima (Aichi)
