Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy+ trailer shows Amiibo functionality

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy+, showing the game’s Amiibo functionality at work.
Amiibo unlock fighter planes themed after the Amiibo character. For example, the Link Amiibo unlocks the F-14D “Link” fighter plane.
Watch the trailer below. The game is due out for 3DS in Japan on January 29.
