Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia has opened “User Choice” voting for this year’s PlayStation Awards.
There are two “User Choice” categories this year: the general User Choice and the 20th Anniversary Commemoration User Choice.
The general User Choice must be a PlayStation format title released between November 1, 2013 and October 31, 2014. You can vote for a total of three here. A total of 10 games will come out as winners.
The 20th Anniversary Commemoration User Choice must be one of the 212 titles that won the Platinum Prize or Gold Prize at the last 19 PlayStation Awards. You can vote for a total of three here. A total of five games will come out as winners.
Voting is open until November 9 at 23:59 Japan time. Everyone who votes for the general User Choice will receive a PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and PlayStation 3 original theme download (PS3 theme pictured). Users that vote for the 20th Anniversary Commemoration User Choice will be entered in a lottery to win the following items;
- PlayStation 4 Glacier White model

The other two categories—Platinum Prize and Gold Prize—are determined by sales. All titles released between November 1, 2013 and October 31, 2014 that sold over one million copies will be awarded a Platinum Prize, while all titles that sold over 500,000 will receive a Gold Prize.
