Ubisoft has released a new trailer featuring the various weapons of Far Cry 4.
Players will have access to an “all-new arsenal” of weapons, including mortars, grenade launchers, machine guns, automatic crossbows, and kukri knives.
Supplying these weapons is Longinus, a former, “a former warlord who found God when he nearly died during a civil war in his country, where a priest named Maliya hid him in a church in Pala and nursed him back to health and eventually baptized Longinus in the waters of Goka Falls.” But the people of his country saw him as a warlord, and no one believed his claims of being born again, so he left his country.
From there, Longinus traveled with various religious expeditions seeking the blood diamonds he helped export during his time as a warlord. Eventually, he found himself in Kyrat, caught up in the civil war. He may be reborn, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t willing to sell guns and supplies to the war’s sheep and advocate that they fight for freedom.
Far Cry 4 is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on November 18 in North America and Europe.
