Final Fantasy XIII trilogy coming to PC

First game hits Steam and other services on October 9.

Square Enix is bringing the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy to PC starting with the original Final Fantasy XIII on October 9, the publisher announced.

The game will be available to download via the Square Enix Online Store and Steam (amongst other services) for $15.99 when it launches. Consumers who pre-order the Steam version will receive a 10 percent discount. The Steam version will also offer a set of Steam Trading Cards to collect and exchange.

PC release dates for Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII were not announced.
