Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair will have giant monster-versus-giant robot battles, Famitsu’s latest online preview reveals.

The monster pictured, Erginus, is an unknown beast from the deep sea. The popular theory has it that the “foreigners” who attacked Earth brought these creatures from outer space. However, since it has features of Earth-like creatures, its true colors are unknown.
