Castle Crashers-like Viking Squad coming to PS4

Choose from four vikings and voyage across the sea.

Vancouver-based Slick Entertainment is bringing Viking Squad, its upcoming Castle Crashers-like beat ’em up for PC and Mac, to PlayStation 4 in 2015, the studio announced.

Players will be able to choose from four vikings, each with their own special weapon and move set, an advance on a voyage across the sea. Characters can level up and equip different gear.

Slick is placing greater importance on skill over “random dice rolls.” Critical hits are not random, but well-timed attacks. During gameplay, players are also snapped to lanes to reduce confusion on whether your attack witll connect with the enemy.
