The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, The Astronauts‘ first-person story-driven mystery game, will launch for PC on September 25, the developer announced.
A “Special Pre-Order Edition” includes a copy of the game, the full original soundtrack, four exclusive wallpapers, a Red Creek Valley digital map, a making of PDF album, and digital poster.
The PlayStation 4 version is planned for early 2015.
The game, which is focused on exploration and discovery, puts players in the shoes of the occult-minded private detective Paul Prospero, who must communicate with the dead to discover the fate of a missing boy and the mystery behind a dark ancient force lurking in Red Creek Valley.
