Project Spark Starter Pack coming to Xbox One at retail in October
$39.99 gets you sci-fi pack, campaign adventure, more.
Project Spark is coming to Xbox One at retail via the “Project Spark Starter Pack” on October 7 in North America, October 9 in Asia, and October 10 in Europe, Microsoft announced.
The $39.99 retail package will include the “Galaxies: First Contact” sci-fi pack, the Sir Haakon “Hawk” the knight warrior champion, “Champions Quest: Void Storm,” the first episode of a campaign adventure, and more.
All of the content included in the disc version will also be available digitally for Xbox One and Windows 8.1 on launch day. The game can be downloaded free of charge and expanded with additional content purchases.
The beta for Project Spark has been ongoing since December last year, and will officially end when the game moves into full release with the launch of the Starter Pack.
As for those with the existing beta, the game will simply be updated, so all of your credits, creations, and favorite levels will remain intact.
