Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain E3 gameplay demo

See the anticipated open-world sequel in action.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

As promised, Kojima Productions live streamed the 30 minute behind closed doors E3 gameplay demo of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on its weekly Kojima Station broadcast this morning.

The footage demonstrates the variety of the tactics and abilities Snake can put to use during his infiltration missions, such as horseback riding and the Fulton Recovery System, which can be used to capture new recruits and send them back to Motherbase. You’ll also see a bit of the Motherbase, or Snake’s hub area, and a tease at defending an enemy infiltration.

Watch the footage below. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
