Story
13 days remain until the world’s destruction. A mysterious man calling himself “The End” wages destruction and slaughter. And the Pillar emerges, a tower from in between dimensions. Appearing in the Pillar, The End declared this to the world:
“If you want to save this world, you must kill me. I am on the top floor of this tower. In order to climb the Pillar, “psychic” sacrifices are necessary. Come climb the tower, and kill your friends along the way!”
Setting
A huge structure from the in between dimensions suddenly appears in part of New York. It has a strange outward appearance and is bigger than what one could comprehend. Why someone would make such a thing is unknown.
Characters
Sho Kasugai, a psychic who sees the future – An 18-year-old boy with the gift of visions that reveal the future. Because he uses these powers to save people from destruction, he is elected to the a secret military force that opposes The End called S.E.A.L.E.D. Probably because he grew up using his powers to build the future, he has a high level of insight even without using his gift.
The End, he who will end the world – A mysterious man who indiscriminately terrorizes the entire world. Appearing in the Pillar, he pronounces a declaration of mayhem aimed at the psychics, who are the key to saving the world from him.
Youko Tachibana, a mind interfering telepathic – A female high school student who seems to appear everywhere and works hard toward her dream of becoming a singer. Her grades and appearance are pretty typical. Unconsciously, she dreams of becoming a singer as a rejection of her own “typical-ness.” She has the gift of telepathy, but despises it for some reason or another and refuses to use it unless it’s absolutely necessary.
