The Idolmaster: One For All has seasons, big live events

In The Idolmaster: One For All, players are the producer at 765 Production—a new face in the world of show business. Players will produce idols and grow as a producer. Famitsu’s latest online preview details more of the game’s new elements.

As you produce, the passing of time will turn to seasons. Each season, there will be a “Season Target” presentation from 765 Production company president Takagi. If you’ve satisfied that season’s goals, your Producer Rank will rise, which enables new songs to be used and increases the number of idols you can produce.

Also new—from 765 Production comes “All-Star Live,” a large-scale in-game event held twice a year, at the ends of the summer and winter seasons. Players will have to consider their set list and costumes well to make their live event a success.

The Idolmaster: One For All is due out for PlayStation 3 on May 15 in Japan.
