SaGa and Saga Prefecture team up for Romancing Saga event
Experience the charm of Saga Prefecture through the SaGa series.Square Enix‘s SaGa series is collaborating with Japan’s Saga Prefecture for a new project called “Romancing 佐賀” (“Romancing Saga,” but Saga written as Saga Prefecture would be written, rather than SaGa the game).
The main purpose of this project is to be able to experience the charm of Saga Prefecture’s traditional crafts, products, and such through the SaGa series.
The event will be held at the “Romancing Saga Lounge” in the Roppongi Hills Hills Cafe/Space in Tokyo from March 13 to 16. Entry is free. Among art exhibitions from Saga series illustrators and sales of limited goods, the event will include a “Romancing Saga Premium Night” on March 16 from 18:00 to 20:00, in which Square Enix executive producer Akitoshi Kawazu, illustrator Tomomi Kobayashi, composer Kenji Ito, and Saga Prefecture governor Yasushi Furukawa will host a special talk show.
(Yes, this is the result of last week’s teaser.)
Thanks, Game Johou.
