Compile Heart announces Makai Ichiban Kan for PS Vita

Compile Heart‘s new PS Vita RPG is Makai Ichiban Kan, the latest issue of Dengeki PlayStation reveals.

Well, it’s the first game in the Makai Ichiban Kan brand. The title is subject to change.

The game’s staff includes Disgaea 4 director Masahiro Yamamoto, Disgaea and Phantom Brave composer Tenpei Sato, Mugen Souls character designer Dake Naname, Monster Monpiece director Makoto Kitano, and Record of Agarest War and Hyperdimension Neptunia producer Norihisa Kochiwa.

Its keywords include “one trillion souls,” “kinship,” “fight for your life,” “way of death,” “connecting thoughts,” and “a hero dying from the beginning.”

Monsters set to appear include the “Kinkin Takoyaki,” “Insectenger,” “Nurenebarin,” “Condo Golem,” “Matsutake Head,” “Banana Musume,” and “Kemarimo.”

The game will launch in Japan this year.
