Tecmo Koei developing Dynasty Warriors-style Legend of Zelda game Hyrule Warriors for Wii U
Collaboration title coming in 2014.
Another new Legend of Zelda game is on the way to Wii U. And it’s a crossover with Tecmo Koei‘s Warriors series tentatively titled Hyrule Warriors.
“This new title from Tecmo Koei combining The Legend of Zelda and Warriors franchises will arrive on Wii U in 2014,” Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said.
Iwata also clarified this is not the next mainline Zelda game.
