First look at rumored virtual reality headset on the way?

Yesterday, Sony confirmed the world premiere trailer of The Last of Us‘ upcoming story downloadable content during Thursday’s PlayStation 4 All Access launch event. Now, another tidbit has been confirmed.

“Thursday, meet the minds behind PlayStation‘s top-secret new R&D lab. See where they are taking PS4 next,” host Geoff Keighley said on Twitter.

It’s possible we’ll get a first glimpse at the PlayStation 4 virtual reality headset rumored a couple months back. At least, it’s the kind of thing Research & Development would handle.
