Bravely Default: For the Sequel, or the standard Bravely Default in western territories, will come equipped with a new feature called “Bravely Second.”
Bravely Second allows players to stop time and attack their enemies, using SP in the process. SP can be accumulated when the 3DS is in sleep mode, or you can buy “SP Drink” downloadable content on the 3DS e-Shop.
Normally, the maximum amount of damage an attack can do is 9,999. However, in Bravely Second, an attack can do over 10,000 damage.
Last month, Square Enix Japan filed trademarks for “Bravely Second” and “Bravely Third.” It looks like, rather than sequels, the marks were for in-game systems.
