Final Fantasy XIV beta to launch with PlayStation 4 in Japan

Japan begins PlayStation 4 life cycle with MMORPG beta test.

A beta for the PlayStation 4 version of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be available day and date with the system’s Japanese launch on February 22, Sony announced during its SCEJA Press Conference today.

Additionally, Sony confirmed that PlayStation 3 players who switch over to the PlayStation 4 version can do so at no additional charge.
