Nintendo to launch non-3D 2DS on October 12
Budget 3DS to cost $129, launch with Pokemon X and Y.
Nintendo today announced a new game system: the Nintendo 2DS. The 2DS plays all 3DS and DS games, sans the 3D effects offered by 3DS. It will launch alongside Pokemon X and Y in North America and Europe on October 12 for $129.99.
