Double Helix is developing a new entry in Rare‘s Killer Instinct franchise for Xbox One, Microsoft confirmed during its Xbox One press conference.
The oft-requested fighting game series returns after nearly a decade of missing in action. It will offer “robust progression and rewards, dynamic challenges customized to player behavior, and predictive matchmaking for seamless competitive fights.” Confirmed fighters include Jago, Sabrewulf, and Glacius.
A release date was not announced.
