In approximately half an hour, Hideo Kojima will begin his Game Developers Conference panel, “The Core of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes,” where he and his staff plan to discuss the workflow and development process of the upcoming game on his studio’s new FOX Engine, and premiere a new trailer for The Phantom Pain (not confirmed, but obvious; see here and here).
