Spark Unlimited threequel arrives in late June.

Lost Planet 3 will launch for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on June 27 in Japan, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.

The third-person shooter threequel is developed by Spark Unlimited, and is set before the events of the first game, which launched in 2006.

  • Ok so we should get it some time before that. I am surprised they have not given a firm date for the US.

Haven’t heard anything about this game for a while.

  • ShinAsura(新阿修羅)

Still don’t like this character they’re using. Hopefully multiplayer is in the game and it’s like part two.

  • Blaz

    Still no EX Troopers =[

    • ShinAsura(新阿修羅)

Unfortunately the Vice President of Capcom said North America will not get it

    • The text is hardcoded into the game as art.

I doubt we’ll ever get it, and honestly I think they did that on purpose to justify not bringing it.

The first Lost Planet was cool.

The 2nd was a horrid piece of garbage.

I have little hope 3 will be an improvement over 2.

This game is made by Spark Unlimited, another western company hired by Capcom after Ninja Theory for DMC … Bravo Capcaom you never fail to amuse me

    • Welp, it’s cheaper to do. That’s why they do it. I don’t like it.

  • Skerj

Can we turn Lost Planet into a full on futuristic version of advanced Monster Hunter already? I thought that’s where they were going after 2 but I was tricked. I was tricked.

give us Ex Troopers please :P
