Beyond: Two Souls will launch for PlayStation 3 on October 8 in North America and during October in Europe, Sony has announced.
Willem Dafoe, known for his role as The Green Goblin in the original Spider-Man film, will appear as a character in the Quantic Dream-developed title. A new trailer released today reveals his role as Nathan Dawkins, a government scientist who works with main character Jodie to analyse her powers.
Consumers who pre-order Beyond at GameStop or EB Games will receive an “exclusive 30-minute playable additional scene” download code, and a free upgrade to the game’s special edition, which includes an exclusive Steelbook, behind the scenes features, the game soundtrack, a PlayStation 3 dynamic theme, and a PlayStation Network avatar bundle.
