Honestly, Darksiders without Vigil, not sure if I’d appreciate it. Worms seems like a good sell off. What about those IP made by 5th Cell?

    • Solomon_Kano

5th Cell? Drawn to Life and Lock’s Quest were it, and they’ve got Drawn to Life up for auction. I’m guessing Lock’s Quest is going by the wayside since they never made a franchise of it.

      • KurisuMakise

Ah = This is still kind of sad to hear =( The worse news was nobody wanting to buy Vigil to begin with. And oh look, there’s Locke’s Quest in the same lot as Drawn to Life and de Blob. Now if those were in a better lot that’d be pretty ideal.

        • Solomon_Kano

Ah I missed it. Yea, as its stands I don’t see anybody picking up either. It’d be cool if 5th Cell themselves could get them back now that they’re aligned with WBIE.

          • Kurisu Makise

You’re right, that would be cool =] Thankfully since it’s in lots, I’m assuming it’s easier to just bid for the lot as a whole and profit from the listed products/ip in said lot (if they so wish). So maybe WB might bid =o?

            • Solomon_Kano

I hope they do. They don’t really have too many IP to their name, so it’d be a good idea.

  • DarthBrian

Sony should bid on Summoner since it was exclusive to PS2. :p

    • I’d be happy if they picked up de blob, but they won’t…

      • shogunknight

True, de blob could be one of the few games that makes the psmove controller worth a shot

    • Uhmm… I have a PC disk of Summoner right here on my desk.

      • DarthBrian

  • ShinAsura

Well Inaba did say he’ll take Darksiders if he can get it for a cheap price, hopefully it works out

  • Solomon_Kano

    Come on, Darksiders!

  • please let someone good get Darksiders

  • Costume Quest D: de Blob D:

  • LordKaiser

Darksaiders will do well on the hands of Platinum Games, Ubisoft or Eidos. It needs a conclusion.

  • shogunknight

This may be a chance for the three rivaling companies to get some exclusive titles, i hope platinum games get the chance to buy darksiders though

  • Skerj

I want Sega to take Homeworld since they already have Relic and Platinum to get Darksiders. EA/DICE could use Red Faction (although I’d rather see Mirror’s Edge 2) or maybe even Crytek. Then Team 17 can get Worms for themselves and go independent, then all will be well in this unfortunate series of events.

    Game draft!!

    • Solomon_Kano

RF from DICE would be crazy awesome.

      • Skerj

Yeah I had to think about it and DICE are the only ones pushing destructible environments in an engine right now, perfect fit for Red Faction.

        • Solomon_Kano

I never would’ve come up with them. Yea, that’d be pretty crazy to see. RF in Frostbite 2!

    • Platinum’s Darksiders would be fantastic. It would end up being similar to Okami, just with less culture and more apocalypse.

  • artemisthemp

Really hope Darksiders and Costume Quest find a good home AKA Not Activision, Capcom or EA.
