One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 will come to Europe for PlayStation 3 during summer 2013, Namco Bandai Games Europe has announced. The PS Vita version, currently Japan-exclusive, was not announced for Europe.
Developed by Tecmo Koei and Omega Force, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 follows the Straw Hat Pirates as they set sail for new adventures in the New World story arc. The game will include new stages, such as Skypiea (we previously labeled this as Sky Island), and new characters, like Eneru (we previously called him Enel).
Additionally, Namco Bandai announced One Piece: Pirate Warriors, launched worldwide for PlayStation 3 earlier this year, has sold over 1.2 million copies. To celebrate, the European publisher is offering a discount on the first game and all of its download content via the PlayStation Store from December 12 to January 9.
