Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, the latest entry in Sony and Insomniac’s Ratchet & Clank series, will launch for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita at both retail and via PlayStation Network on November 27 for $19.99, the publisher has announced.
Initially, the game was announced as a download-exclusive. Today, that’s changed.
“That’s right, you asked and we listened: Full Frontal Assault will be available as a retail copy for those of you who love physical copies of your games,” said Insomniac Games community manager James Stevenson. “Both the download and retail versions support cross-buy as well, so your purchase gets you both the game on PS3 and a digital copy for PlayStation Vita.”
Full Frontal Assault boasts the return of the classic Ratchet & Clank camera system, will include online split-screen co-op and competitive modes, and adds new base assault and tower defense elements. It will support cross-play between PS3 and PS Vita and cross-saves for players who want to take their game on the go.
