Wii U-focused European Nintendo Direct this Thursday
To coincide with early morning New York City event.
Nintendo of Europe will host a Nintendo Direct broadcast this Thursday, September 13 at 3 p.m. UK time / 10 a.m. Eastern time, according to a now-removed Gamereactor report.
At the same time, Nintendo of America will host a similar presentation in New York City, where it plans to share more information about the Wii U – presumably a release date and price. Gematsu will be in attendance, live-blogging the event.
According to the Gamereactor report, which is accessible by Google Cache, the webcast will share final details on Wii U.

Update 9:50 a.m.: Nintendo of Europe has confirmed the Nintendo Direct broadcast in a press release. It “sees Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata take a closer look at the upcoming Wii U console,” and will be live streamed here.
