Ace Attorney 5 playable at Tokyo Game Show

Set one year after Ace Attorney 4. Plus, explosions.

Following preliminary leaks, more details on Capcom‘s 3DS-confirmed Ace Attorney 5 have come out of this week’s Famitsu.

Staff: Motohide Eshiro (producer), Takeshi Yamazaki (scenario director), and Noriyuki Iwadare (composer). Shu Takumi, the series’ main developer, is partially involved, as he’s currently busy on Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney.
Phoenix Wright’s new partner is a mysterious girl in yellow clothes. Her full name, as well as other key persons, will be unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show.
The game is set one year after Ace Attorney 4.
During the game’s first case, there will be an explosion in the courtroom.
The defendant is a high school girl named Shinobu, who is weak and subject to seizures.
Phoenix Wright will take the stand against Winston Payne’s (Takefumi Auchi in Japan) brother.
The game has shifted from 2D to 3D graphics.
Camera angle can now be adjusted freely.
A 15-minute demo of the game will be playable at the Tokyo Game Show. Give it a go and you’ll get a special make strap present.
