The Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots trophy and game data install patch is live in North America, Europe, and Japan.

Weighing in at 500 megabytes, the patch adds a long awaited set of 34 trophies to the game, as well as the option to fully install the game to your hard-drive, rather than in 5 gigabyte segments each chapter. The full install will take up approximately 9 gigabytes of spaces.
