Rumor: Peter Moore to become EA CEO

Electronic Arts will announce during a conference call on July 30 that EA Sports boss Peter Moore will replace EA CEO John Riccitiello, according to a GameFront source “close to the matter.”

While the change is not final, and still needs to be voted on, there is reportedly a “general feeling of tension” throughout EA’s studios in the wake of its falling stock prices.
