THQ today released a new cinematic live-action trailer for Darksiders II, dubbed “The Last Sermon.”
The trailer tells teh story of mankind’s last hours on Earth after Darksiders I protagonist War is tricked into prematurely bringing about the apocalypse. It shows Darksiders II protagonist Death “in a way fans haven’t seen him before.”
The upcoming action game, in development at Vigil Games, will launch in August for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. A Wii U version will be released during the system’s launch window.
