Keiji Inafune turns 47

Mega Man creator and former Dead Rising producer Keiji Inafune is 47 years-old today. (It’s May 8 in Japan.)

In a post on his blog today, the Comcept boss said he’s become an old man.

“However,” said Inafune, “if you were to meet a typical salary man around the same age, would it be obvious what sort of person I was?

“If you’re in the game industry, everyone appears relatively young, though I don’t feel out of place, that’s what makes this industry special.

“I’m 47 years old, thank you.”

Inafune is currently working on an unannounced PlayStation Vita title and Kaio: King of Pirates for 3DS.
