Rumor: Grand Theft Auto V due in October

Employee resume may have leaked date.

The LinkedIn profile and CV of current Rockstar North employee Alex O’Dwyer may have leaked the release frame for Grand Theft Auto V.

Now removed, both resumes once listed the game for an October 2012 release across PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Considering Rockstar’s strategy for launching Grand Theft Auto titles during the holiday season (excluding Grand Theft Auto IV), the date is very plausible.
