Dragon Quest X: Rise of the Five Tribes Online will launch for Wii in Japan on August 2, Square Enix has announced.
The standard edition will go for 6,980 yen. An 8,980 yen version, which comes bundled with Wii USB memory, will also be available.
Dragon Quest X will include 20 days of free play. To continue playing, consumers are required additional play time (as with most big MMORPGs). 30 days of play time will cost 1000 Wii Points ($10), 60 days will cost 1950 Wii Points ($19.50), and 90 days will cost 2900 Wii Points ($29).
