Ubisoft is coming to PAX East again, this year. And it’s bringing Assassin’s Creed III, Far Cry 3, and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier with it.
Attendees will be able to view the first gameplay footage of Assassin’s Creed III in an enclosed theater at Ubisoft’s booth. The game star’s new assassin Connor and is set in Colonial America during the American Revolution. Attendees that check out the footage will receive a “special edition Assassin’s Creed III-branded item.”
For Far Cry 3, Ubisoft is doing something a bit more ‘insane.’ In recognition of the game’s insane character Vaas, tatto artist Suze, from Boston’s Hourglass Tattoo Parlor, will be offering fans the unique opportunity to get real tattoos from a selection of tribal designs inspired by the game. If lifelong commitment isn’t your thing, Ubisoft is also offering fans the opportunity to get a free Vaas-inspired mohawk haircut on Saturday and Sunday. Do either of these, and you’ll get a Far Cry 3 tank top, modeled after Vaas’ in-game.
Ubisoft will also have Far Cry 3, Mad Riders, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, and Ghost Recon: Online, I Am Alive, and a selection of upcoming iOS titles playable on the showfloor.
And like last year, if you pre-order one of Ubisoft’s games at their booth, you’ll get a special pre-order bonus. Here’s what you’re looking at:
- Assassin’s Creed III – Official T-shirt or SteelBook™ designed by award-winning comic artist Alex Ross
- Far Cry 3 – Bloodied pint glass
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier – Free limited-edition bandanna designed by Penny Arcade and a personalized lenticular photo print-out from Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier
PAX East kicks off on April 6.
