Imageepoch debuted the first trailer for Sol Trigger during its JRPG Declaration Vol. 2 press conference this morning.
The PSP role-playing game was officially announced today, but its existence was made known earlier this week thanks to a Dengeki PlayStation leak.
During the conference, Imageepoch CEO Ryoei Mikage said Sol Trigger is their most expensive project yet. He wouldn’t say exactly how long it’s been in development, but said it’s been in production for a long time. It will include an easy mode for those that would just like to enjoy the story. Its battles will be turn-based.
The game is due in Japan this summer for 6,279 yen.
