Atlus updated the arcade version of Persona 4 Arena today with new glasses item, which players can purchase from the Arena Guild at $300 Persona dollars a character. Your character will wear the glasses during both battle and cut-in scenes.
Considering the console version is still months from release, we take it Atlus will include the glasses for home systems.
