The Dead or Alive 5 demo included with Ninja Gaiden 3 may have leaked the full game’s complete roster. Hackers have done their thing, and have found a list of characters in the demo’s executable files. Each apparently has six costumes.

Of course, there is no telling for sure whether all of these characters will be present in the final game until it’s actually released / they’re revealed.
