Konami is bringing an updated version of its classic Frogger to PlayStation Network, Xbox LIVE Arcade, and WiiWare in spring this year.
Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition enhances the game’s core mechanics, and adds “a wealth” of new content. A celebration of 30 years crossing the road, it includes new modes such as “Tile Capture, Battle Royale, Freak out and more,” expanding the game’s classic run-and-doge gameplay. Players will be able to compete against both each other and the computer in up to four-player matches to see who can earn the highest score.
Players can customize the game with a variety of different skins, that range from neon to classic to Castlevania and Contra-themed designs.
