GungHo Online Entertainment and Game Arts have shared the first screenshots of Dokuro, their new PlayStation Vita side-scroller.
Additionally, it’s launched an official teaser site for the game, which pegs it as a “gimmick action” title.
The game puts players in the role of Dokuro, a servant of the Dark Lord who, after being moved by her tears, must prevent a captured princess from being wed to his boss. He has both “Skull” and “Handsome” modes, each with their own different skills. In “Skull” mode, Dokuro can perform double jumps. In “Handsome” mode, he can carry the princess. To change modes, you must double-tap the PlayStation Vita’s rear touch pad. The game, itself, sports chalkboard-style visuals.
