The debut trailer for Thief 4 is complete and ready for showing, if resumes uncovered by internet sleuth Superannuation are to be believed.
The resumes (here, here, and here) make reference to a “photorealistic, high quality game trailer” with “motion capture, body/facial animation and fingers animation” for Thief 4. Each resume lists work done following the Thief 4 involvement, suggesting the trailer has been complete for some time now.
In July last year, Eidos Montreal said we would probably see a teaser trailer before the end of 2011. A trailer has yet to be released.
Thief 4 was officially announced in May 2009. Following the final steps of Deus Ex: Human Revolution‘s creation, development started ramping up last April.
Thanks, VG247.
