Fez release date set [Update: still to be dated]

Update: Never mind. Turns out Fez has not been dated. Phil Fish has told Joystiq that the May 2 release date listed on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace is incorrect, and that the game has still yet to be certified by Microsoft. We apologize for the misunderstanding.

Original Story: Polytron was planning it for April, but it will miss that release frame by two days. Fez, Polytron Corporation’s 2D platformer set in a 3D world, will finally hit Xbox LIVE Arcade on May 2.

The game recently went gold, and has been submitted to Microsoft for certification.
