New details on Toki to Towa have come out of this week’s Famitsu. The magazine has an interview featuring Imageepoch CEO Ryoei Mikage, Namco Bandai producer Kay Hirono, and Tales series producer Makoto Yoshizumi.
The Imageepoch-developed RPG is described by Yoshizumi as sexy, serious, and comical. It is centered around the theme of “time,” though “marriage” is also an important keyword.
In battle, you will not select commands from a list. It will be action-oriented. The element of “time” will also play a surprising role.
Imageepoch has not made plans to turn Toki to Towa into a series, according to Yoshizumi, however, they would not like it to end. He believes the team is doing something incredible with the project.
Imageepoch will hold its “JRPG Declaration 2012″ press conference later this evening in Japan (or tomorrow at 5am EST), where it will debut the first footage of Toki to Towa. Watch it on Nico Nico here.
Thanks, Game Jouhou.
