Prototype 2 will launch on April 24, 2012, Activision announced at the San Diego Comic-Con. The first of a three-party cinematic trilogy of videos was also released. Dubbed “Homecoming,” the clip follows protagonist James Heller as he begins his hunt for Prototype 1 protagonist Alex Mercer, whom he vows to kill.
