The public will be able to get their hands on PlayStation Vita at the Tokyo Game Show in September, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan president Hiroshi Kawano confirmed in an update on Japan’s newly launched PlayStation Vita community site. According to the boss, there will be “many opportunities” to experience the platform.
Kawano noted that many people have been asking about the handheld’s release date, lineup, 3G carriers and fees, UMD issues, and an overview of Sony’s Tokyo Game Show presence. These will be answered properly, Kawano said, “one by one.” He asks that you “continue to look forward.”
