Idolmaster 2 set for PlayStation 3

Idolmaster 2 is coming to PlayStation 3. Released in February as an Xbox 360 exclusive, Namco Bandai’s Japan-only idol raising simulation game is coming to Sony’s black box. You know what that means? Importing is now an option.
The PlayStation 3 version, revealed in this week’s issue of Famitsu, adjusts the game balance, includes catalogs 1 through 3 of the Xbox 360 version’s downloadable content, and comes with the “Ready!!” theme song of the Idolmaster anime.
Idolmaster 2 will launch on PlayStation 3 in Japan on October 27, 2011 for 7,980 yen. An “Idolmaster Special Box” — which includes the first volume of the anime on Blu-ray, a box that holds all volumes of the anime, an Idolmaster 2 soundtrack CD, and a PlayStation 3 game entitled Idolmaster Gravure For You, which allows you to take gravure shots of the idols — will release for 19,800 yen.
