The first round of downloadable content for Atelier Meruru: Alchemist of Arland 3 hits Japan today. Gust Corporation is releasing three new playable characters and a new location. The characters cost 500 yen a piece, but the location is available free of charge.
The new characters are:
- Fuana – Meruru’s friend and shop owner. She uses a boomerang in battle.
- Rufes Falken – Meruru’s steward. He uses a whip as his primary weapon, but will use his fists if necessary.
- Pamela – Uses an umbreall as her weapon.
The new location, which Meruru is told of by Fuana, is called “Makina.” There you’ll find new items and powerful new enemies.
