Xbox 360 to get new dashboard this fall

At their E3 press conference today, Microsoft announced an all-new interface coming to Xbox 360. The update, out this fall, redesigns the dashboard in a more simplistic and accessible style, featuring full voice recognition with Kinect, Xbox beacons and cloud storage for game saves.

Bing, Microsoft’s search engine, has also been added to the platform to search across content on Xbox LIVE. It searches Netflix, Hulu Plus, ESPN, the music, video, and Xbox LIVE marketplaces to find what you’re looking for, fast and easy.
