Namco Bandai officially announced Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations at the Japan Expo in Paris, today. Coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the game is scheduled to release in 2012 in North America and Europe.
Boasting a “vast selection” of playable characters “spanning every generation” of the anime series, the title promises to “revolutionize online play” and “ramp up the number of playable and support characters way beyond any Naruto game before it.” It’ll include a “huge variety’ of online battle modes; characters like Raikage, Sasuke Uchicha, Zabuza, and Haku; original Japanese voice-overs, and a “presentation which sticks faithfully” to the anime’s universe.
