Square Enix released the E3 trailer for Final Fantasy XIII-2 tonight. The two-minute clip introduces us to characters Noel and Serah, two of the game’s major protagonists.
We also get a glimpse at some new elements, such as quick-time actions in battle and the unstable rift puzzles.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 is out in December for Japan and in early 2012 for the rest of us. It will launch on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
